Green Township Historical Association
Green Township, Hamilton County Ohio
Next Meeting for our America 250 speaker series:
Tuesday, March 17th, 2026, 7 pm.
Join us as local historian, educator, and our Vice-President Joe Flickinger takes us for a look back to the origins of law enforcement in Green Township, and the beginnings of our current police department. Last year, we were the recipients of a large donation of color slides taken by the first police chief, Arthur Pfaff. A portion of these photos showed in great detail the early days of our police department in the early to mid 1970's. Joe will show a large sample of these recently digitized photos, as well as the history of law enforcement in the township leading up to the police departments formation. Joe will also have copies of his four books on local history available for purchase.
Weather permitting, a recently refurbished Green Township Constables Cruiser will also make an appearance! Join us for a great night that looks back on the history of law enforcement in our area! As always, our meetings are free and open to the public! Bring a friend or two who would love to see and hear about this fascinating topic!
All Public Meetings held at Nathanael Greene Lodge, Lower Level Meeting Room(Mulberry Room) at 7 pm. These meetings are always free and open to the public! Join us!
